Collaborations

Partnerships created in season, artistry, and shared vision

At Smiling Frog Farm, collaboration is approached with the same professional standards we bring to our weddings. Whether contributing florals for an editorial installation, styled shoot, or brand project, each collaboration is guided by seasonal awareness, creative direction, and a grounded, art-driven perspective.

I collaborate selectively with planners, photographers, venues, and creatives whose work reflects natural elegance, thoughtful design, and a respect for sustainability. If your vision feels expressive, refined, and connected to the Pacific Northwest landscape, we may be a strong fit.

What Collaboration Means Here

Seasonal Design

Many of the flowers used in collaborative work are grown here on the farm and sourced from local Oregon growers. Projects are scheduled during seasons when the farm is at its most abundant, allowing for designs with depth, movement, and authenticity.

Artistry with Direction

Each collaboration is treated as a creative partnership, with a clear design lens and concept-driven aesthetic. My focus is on expressive textures, considered color stories, and florals that feel connected to place rather than styled for effect alone.

Sustainable Floral Practices

All collaborative projects are created using 100% foam-free mechanics and environmentally responsible design methods, the same standards applied to wedding work.

What Helps US Create Our Best Work Together

To ensure a productive, professional collaboration, I ask for:

Clear direction
A shared mood board or visual guide supports a unified design decisions.

Confirmed team
Knowing the planner, photographer, stylist, and models involved allows for seamless collaboration.

Seasonal timing
Most projects take place May–October, when farm-grown blooms are most diverse.

Image sharing & credits
High-quality images featuring both detail shots and full-scene storytelling.
I ask to receive completed galleries with permission to use in my portfolio, website, and social media (with full credit to all creatives involved).

Vendor credits
Final galleries with permission for portfolio and marketing use, with full credit to all collaborators.

Collaboration Investment

Most collaborations are partially sponsored. Floral materials are discounted, but not fully complimentary, honoring the time, labor, and growing cycles involved.

Typical investment: $250–$600
(Larger editorials or installations require a custom proposal.)
